Accordingly, the highest order of July 16, 1886 was subject to the supervision of the school authorities for two years with his replacement, in the event of withdrawal or expulsion from the educational institution by public police supervision for the same period outside areas that are under special security regime.
In connection with the graduation from the university back in 1885, he was subordinated to the public oversight of the police in Yekaterinoslav. After the expiration of the vowel supervision period, it is subordinated to the unspoken one. In 1888, the Kharkov governor forbade him to live in the Kharkov province. He lived in Nechiporovka.
On August 17, 1889, secret police surveillance was discontinued.
