“Soles +” is a Russian-language weekly information and leisure newspaper in Ishimbay . The publication publishes news of the city of Ishimbay and the Ishimbay region, advertisements, announcements, posters, a television program and more.

History
In the 1990s, in Ishimbay during the period of perestroika, private publications, mainly of an advertising and informational nature, appeared alternative to the city newspaper Voskhod [1] . On May 7, 1999, Voskhod employees: I. A. Yamalov, I. M. Gilmanov, and A. F. Umitbaev, began to issue a new periodical, "Outlines +" [1] [2] . It was named in honor of the eponymous "sunrise" heading [2] , the difference from which was the plus sign. The name “Outlines” comes from the verb “mark”, the noun “outlines” has nothing to do [2] . The first issue of the newspaper was published in a circulation of 500 copies and a volume of 8 A4 pages, in 2004 the circulation of the publication increased by more than 10 times, the volume - 4 times [2] . Subsequently, the format of the newspaper changed to A3.
In 2007, the newspaper was noted at a regional competition among journalists for the best coverage of the implementation of state youth policy in the media of Bashkiria [3] .
Modern newspaper
The newspaper "Podmetki +" was registered with the Ministry of Press and Mass Media of the Republic of Belarus under No. 830 dated October 20, 1999 [4] . The founder and publisher of the media is the Aspect Advertising and Publishing Company LLC [4] [5] . The editor is Guzel Rimovna Yamalova [1] .
Distributed in the city of Ishimbay and the Ishimbay region by subscription and retail. The newspaper prints information on the social, economic, cultural, sports spheres of the city and region [6] . Comments on facts, thoughts of citizens are published. The main headings: “Urban Environment”, “Interviews”, “Weekly Report”, “From Wednesday to Wednesday”, “Crime”, “Program Guide”, “Advertising” [6] .
It is published once a week on Wednesdays with a volume of 24 pages (color and black and white) in A3 format [6] . A circulation of 6,000 copies is being printed at the Sterlitamak Information Center, a branch of the State Unitary Enterprise Republic of Bashkortostan Publishing House in Sterlitamak [6] .
