Biography
Born on August 25, 1904 in the village of Dubrovka , Bryansk Region . The family had 13 children. Father, Dmitry Mikhailovich Rylko, was a coachman , then he ran the household, after the October Revolution he headed the department of education. Mother, Eleanor Drapkina (Varvara Apolonovna Rylko), is a housewife.
In the years 1916-1920. Petr Rylko studied at the Dubrovsky school. In 1920 he entered the agricultural college in Novozybkov. Created a circle of educational program and agricultural circle there. In 1925 he organized a school of peasant youth in the village of Myakishevo. Nikolai Gribachev , a famous poet, Hero of Socialist Labor studied at this school.
P. D. Rylko was a correspondent for the newspaper Poor. He corresponded with N.K. Krupskaya , met A.V. Lunacharsky .
In 1930, P.D. Rylko opened the first agricultural college in the Bryansk region in the village. Kokino was a leader to death. The technical school was one of the best in the USSR , students from many countries of the world studied there. In 1980, at the initiative of Rylko, the Bryansk State Agricultural Institute (now the Bryansk State Agricultural Academy ) was opened on the basis of the Kokinsky state farm technical school. Rylko P. D. became vice-rector.
November 3, 1980 for outstanding successes in education by Decree of the Presidium of the USSR Armed Forces was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
Died June 7, 1993 in the village. Kokino, Vygonichsky district, Bryansk region.

- In 2003, a memorial plaque in memory of P. D. Rylko was opened on the building of the BSAA.
- The Bryansk State Agricultural Academy established a scholarship to them. P. D. Rylko.
