Founded in 1975 on the site of the previously existing Migrant Street. Initially, it was called Voroshilov Avenue in honor of Kliment Voroshilov , a military and state leader of the USSR . [2] The modern name was given to him on July 20, 1989 by decision No. 181. [1]
