The administrative center is the village of Åland .
History
On March 9, 2005, in accordance with the law of the Orenburg Region No. 1900/342-III-OZ [2] , the rural settlement Alandsky Village Council was established, the boundaries of the municipality were established.
On June 26, 2013, in accordance with the law of the Orenburg region No. 1648/457-V-OZ [3] , the village council included the settlements of the abolished Zelenodolsky village council .
