Content
Geography
Located in the northwest of the area. It borders with Salmansky , Kargopolsky , Bazarno-Mataksky , Staromataksky , Koshkinsky rural settlements and Spassky district .
The largest rivers are Salmanka and its tributary Nohratka , Aktay .
The 16K-0264 Bazarnye Mataki - Bolgar highway runs along the border of the settlement, from which the dead-end highway Novye Salmani - Stary Salmany - Staraya Takhtala departs.
History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated January 31, 2005 No. 10-ЗРТ “On Establishing the Borders of Territories and the Status of the Municipal Formation“ Alkeevsky Municipal District ”and Municipal Units in Its Composition” [2] .
