The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated January 31, 2005 No. 20-ZRT “On Establishing the Borders of Territories and the Status of the Municipal Formation“ Vysokogorsky Municipal District ”and Municipal Units in Its Composition” [2] .

A bus 303 runs from Kazan to the village of Biryuli (from the tram ring on Halitova Street). By train from the Kazan1 and Kazan2 stations, you can get to the Biryuli railway station
