Biography
A peasant in the village of Podduby Ustyuzhensky district of the Novgorod province [1] . Graduate of the rural school. He served as a forestry contractor. For 6 years [2] he was the chairman of the volost court. He was elected vowel of the county zemstvo assembly. He owned land in Ustyuzhensk district with an area of 674 tithing. Timber merchant [1] . The political position was defined as non-partisan progressive [3] .
March 26, 1906 was elected to the State Duma of the Russian Empire of the I convocation of the general composition of the electors of the Novgorod Provincial Electoral Assembly. He entered the moderate group. He did not actively participate in the work of the Duma.
In 1929, deprived of suffrage (see deprived people ), and the family was "dispossessed" and exiled to the North (see special migrants ) [1] .
According to the great-great-granddaughter, he died in 1930 [1] .
