The Early Years and Victory at the X Factor (2011-2012)

Francesca was born in the small Italian city of Bassano del Grappa , located in northern Italy . From the age of 9, Francesca learned to play the piano. From the age of 12 she sang in the church choir for some time. In 2011, the casting was held for the fifth season of the show “X Factor”, where she was selected to the team of the Italian TV diva Simone Ventura in the category “Women 16-24”. On the show, Francesca performed a large number of covers for world-famous compositions, as well as her debut single “Distratto”, which was written especially for her by singer Eliza .

On January 5, 2012, Francesca won the X Factor. The main prize was a contract with a Sony Music record label in the amount of € 300,000. After the victory, the single “Distratto” instantly became a hit: the track took first place in the official Italian FIMI chart. The single was sold in the amount of 60,000 copies in Italy, for which he received twice “platinum status”.

On August 31, 2012, the new single “Sola” was released, which announced the release of its debut album. The album itself was released on October 2 of that year. The record reached 4th position on the Italian FIMI chart, where it eventually managed to hold out for a month.

Following the release of the album, Francesca collaborated with Italian rapper and producer Fedez . On March 1, 2013, they released a joint single, “Cigno Nero,” which was included in Fedets's album “Sig. Brainwash - L'arte di accontentare. " The single was sold in the amount of 30,000 copies, which gave him the right to receive platinum status.

Collaboration and di20 (2014 - 2016)

In March 2014, Francesca was the only Italian artist to record the soundtrack for the movie “The New Spider-Man. High Voltage . " Francesca wrote the song "Amazing", which became the soundtrack to the tape.

In 2014, Francesca again collaborated with Fedets. The track "Magnifico" entered the rapper's fourth studio album. The song became a real hit in Italy: 5 times it was certified by platinum status, in total more than 200,000 copies were sold.

September 23 released the third single “Lontano” in support of the upcoming album. The album itself was released on October 23, 2015.

February 13, 2015 it became known about Francesca's participation in the 66th festival in San Remo with the song "Nessun grado di separazione".

On January 30, 2016, the mini-album “Nice to Meet You (Acoustic Live Solo)” was released, which included acoustic versions of Francesca’s songs, as well as cover versions of songs by Giovannoti and Nina Simon .

2640 (2017 - present)

On July 21, 2017, the single "Vulcano" was released. On November 17, the single "Io non abito al mare" is released. December 5, 2017 it becomes known that the new album was called "2640".

September 24, 2013 Sony Music released the collection "Pink Is Good", which included the song "Sola". All proceeds from the sale of this record went to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
