Filgin, Vasily Sergeevich

Vasily Sergeyevich Filgin ( 1857 - after 1917) - a member of the 4th State Duma from the province of Smolensk , a peasant.

Orthodox, peasant village Andrianovki Konoplinskoy parish Elninskogo County .

He graduated from the village school. Military service served in the Cavalry Regiment . Then he engaged in farming (24 tithes ). Before being elected to the State Duma, he was a volost foreman for 15 years. He was a member of the Union on October 17 .

In 1912 he was elected to the State Duma from Smolensk Province by a congress of representatives from volosts. He was a member of the Octobrist faction, after its split it was included in the group of Octobrist Zemstvo and the Progressive Bloc . Consisted of a member of the food and public health commissions.

The fate after 1917 is unknown. Was married.
