Hero of Socialist Labor (1958).

Biography

Born in 1905 in a peasant family in the village of Mitrofanovka, Voronezh province. He began his career as a teenager. In 1931 he joined the CPSU (B) and in the same year he graduated from a party school. He worked as an inspector and head of the regional department of public education of the Voronezh region. He was elected chairman of the village council.

Since 1934, at party work: instructor, head of the department of culture and propaganda, secretary of the CPSU district committee. In 1943-1944 - the first secretary of the Nizhnedevitsky district committee of the CPSU of the Voronezh region, in 1944-1945 - the first secretary of the Peschan district committee of the KPU of Odessa region. From 1945 to 1961 he was elected the first secretary of the Domanevsky and Krivoozersky district committees of the Communist Party of the Nikolaev region.

In 1958 he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor “for special merits in the development of agriculture and the achievement of high rates in the production of grain, sugar beets, meat, milk and other agricultural products and the introduction of the achievements of science and best practices” [1] .

After retiring in 1971, he continued to work until 1973.

He died on December 22, 1980 in the city of Pervomaisk, Mykolayiv region, Ukraine. He was buried in a cemetery on Kamennomostovskaya Street in Pervomaisk.
