Biography
Born in Moscow on January 13, 1936 . In the fifties, he played for hockey clubs - Moscow Dynamo , Khimik ( Voskresensk ), Traktor ( Chelyabinsk ). At the end of his athlete’s career, he became the head coach of the team from Pavlovsky Posad ( Moscow region ).
In 1961, he began working in the sports department of the State Radio Committee , where for more than 45 years he covered the largest hockey events at the Mayak radio station - world championships, tournaments at the Olympic Games and Goodwill Games. Later - a sports observer of the radio station " Echo of Moscow ". [1] From 1995 to 2002, he was a commentator on hockey broadcasts on the TV-6 TV channel together with Evgeny Kuznetsov.
In 2013, an audiobook “How to Become a Sports Commentator” was published with a thematic interview by Vladimir Pisarevsky, in which he spoke about the experience of the Soviet commenting school. [2]
Merit
In 2003, Vladimir Pisarevsky won the AIPS (International Sports Press Association) Commission Ice Hockey Commission award for his outstanding professional contribution to the development of sports journalism. In 2005, he was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation .
On the 75th anniversary, Pisarevsky was awarded the Russian Hockey Federation with the honorary badge “For Fidelity”. [3]
