Eduard Ivanovich Demenkovets ( Belorussian. Edaurd Ivanavich Dzemyankavets ; born May 1, 1968 , Vitebsk ) is a Belarusian footballer and coach . Since 2019, the head coach of Isloch-RGUOR . His son, Cyril , is also a professional footballer.

Club career
He spent his youth career in Soligorsk Shakhtar and the Moscow FSM . In the latter, in 1985, he began a professional career. From 1986 to 1988 he played for Shakhtar (Salihorsk). From 1989 to 1993 he defended the colors of the Vitebsk club KIM . He spent the 1994/95 season in Minsk Dynamo .
In the winter of 1996 he signed a contract with the Danish Vejle , where he spent the 1995/96 season and the 1996/97 season .
From 1999 to 2001, he played in the Gomel club system: in the main team and in the double. At the end of 2000, he was in a car accident, and his career began to decline. Later, he played for Vedrich-97 and ZLiN .
From 2004 to 2006 he was a playing coach in the double of the Gomel club. Since 2007, he has been the head coach of the Gomel-SDYUSHOR-8 women's club [1] . In parallel with 2014, coached the Uzda football club, playing in the second division of the Belarus Championship. From 2015 to 2019, he was the head coach of the women's national football team of Belarus. Since 2019, the head coach of the Isloch-RGUOR women's team.
