Malaya Pesochnaya is a river in the Moscow region of Russia , the right tributary of the Bolshoi Smedova .

It flows in a northwestern direction along the territory of the Zaraysky district and the urban district of Ozyory [1] .
It originates at the village of Nikolskoye , 9 km north-east of the station Bogatishchevo Paveletsky direction of the Moscow railway ; it flows into Bolshaya Smedova 10 km north of the same station, below the village of Frolovsky [1] . The length is 11 km [2] .
Food is mainly due to melt snow water. It freezes in November - early December, opens in late March - April [1] . This picturesque forest river with rare pine copses is popular with tourists [2] .
On the river there are also settlements Chernevo and Gremyachevo [1] .
