Elizaveta Ivanovna Burtseva ( July 12 (25), 1912 , Kurbusakhsky lay , Ust-Aldan ulus - October 2, 1985 , Yakutsk ) - milkmaid of the Victory collective farm of the Ust-Aldan region of the Yakut ASSR . Hero of Socialist Labor (1957). Member of the Supreme Council of the USSR 5 convocation [1] .

Biography
She was born on July 12, 1912 in a poor peasant family in the Kurbukhsagsky settlement of the Ust-Aldan ulus. Since 1931, she worked as a milkmaid on the collective farm named after Irina Olesova. In 1942 she was appointed foreman and later - head of the dairy farm of the Kirov collective farm. Since 1947, the milkmaid of the collective farm "Victory". She worked at this enterprise until 1961.
In 1955-1958 she participated in the All-Union Exhibition of VDNH . In 1953, 1336 kilograms of milk were milked, in 1958-1959 - 2500-2800 kilograms from each cow of the Yakut breed . The labor indicators achieved by Elizaveta Burtseva were the highest in the Yakut ASSR. In 1957 she was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor "for outstanding production achievements and the great contribution made to the development and implementation of new progressive labor methods in industry and agriculture of the Yakut ASSR" [2] .
In 1958, she was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from the Tatta constituency No. 565. In 1960, she joined the Communist Party. From the same year, she worked as an instructor in the organizational department of the Council of Ministers of the Yakut ASSR.
In 1966 she retired. She died on October 2, 1985.
