Biography
Vyugar Gulmammadov was born on April 3, 1971 in Baku. In 1993, he graduated from the faculty of production economics and management of Azerbaijan State University. In 1992, he worked as a translator at a plant for the construction of cars in the city of Surahani.
From 1993 to 1997 worked as a deputy chief accountant and chief accountant of the Health Department of the Surakhani district of Baku.
From 1997 to 2007 worked as an inspector, deputy head and head of the Financial Department of the Surakhani region of the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic, deputy head and head of the Department of Financial Management of the Sabail region, deputy head and head of the Department of Financial Management of the Binagadi region, deputy head and head of the Department of Financial management of the Yasamal region.
From 2007 to 2013 headed the Investment Control Department of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On November 22, 2013 by the decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan was appointed Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
For special achievements in the activities of the Accounts Chamber on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the medal "For excellent public service."
