Kiili ( est. Kiili ) is a parish in the north of Estonia in Harju County . Located south of the Estonian capital of Tallinn . The administrative center is the small village of Kiili . It includes 1 small village ( Kiili ) and 15 villages: Arusta , Vaela , Kangru , Kurevere , Luige , Lyakhts , Metsanurg , Mõisaküla , Nabala , Paekna , Piissoo , Sausti (where Sausti manor ), Soohaera , Sygula , Sumeru .
