Milena Letisha Ruka (born Milena Leticia Roucka, born October 25, 1979) is a Canadian model, a former female wrestler and jack . She is known for her work at WWE from 2006 to 2017 under the pseudonym Rosa Mendes .

Biography
Milena studied business at the University of British Columbia , but dropped out for a modeling career. She won several contests, including Piel Dorado in 2004 , while becoming the first North American to win, and also starred in various commercials.
Manager Primo and Fernando
Mendes became the director of Primo & Fernando on December 1, 2011 on an episode of Superstar. On January 15, 2012, at a Live Event in Auckland , California , Primo and Fernando defeated the Air Boom and won team champion titles. At Preshow WrestleMania XXVIII, Primo and Fernando successfully defended their titles against the Brothers Uso and Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd in a triple team match. On April 30 at RAW , Primo and Fernando lost the titles of R-Truth and Kofi Kingston. After losing the titles, AW joined Primo, Fernando and Mendes, who included them in No Way Out PPV, where he betrayed them and sided with Primetime Players. From September 2012 until the end of the year, Primo & Fernando set off for a long loss.
On November 19, on an episode of RAW , Mendes entered into feud with Honzvogel after his unsuccessful joke. On December 1 , Mendes teamed up with Yves Torres and lost to AJ Lee and Caitlin in the tag match, where Yves left Rosa. On a December 6 episode of WWE Superstars, Mendes attacked Horntzvogl with a bunch of flowers as revenge for the previous month, but, in turn, she was attacked by Natalia. at SmackDown , Mendes and Primo and Fernando lost to Great Kali and Horzvoglu.
Mendes takes Primo to the ring, where he fought with Brudus Clay. He lost despite help from Fernando. After the match, Mendes encounters Funkadactlys (Naomi and Cameron). On January 4, at SmackDown, Mendes teamed up with Primo and Fernando and lost to Natalia, Horntsvoglu and Bolshoi Kali in the mixed tag game. Then Milena took a two-month break to solve some personal problems at home in Costa Rica .

On August 26, Mendes returned to RAW, along with Miz . Together they copied Fandango and Summer Ray .
Other Media
Milena also starred in commercials for Trident, Lux Soap, and Chrysler during 2004 . Has become the prototype of Isabelle Diaz in Need For Speed: Most Wanted .
Personal life
Rose was grown in Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada , but it has partly Czech , partly Costa Rican origin. She studied kickboxing , Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu . May 18, 2012 , Rose had a car accident.
Rosa's favorite TV show is Ultimate Fighting, films: Goodfellas and Casino, and her favorite band is Heat. Hand likes to lift heavy things. Rosa describes a perfect date “There must be something during the day. I would like to go hiking in the mountains and look at the waterfalls, at the same time grab a lunch, and then go to dinner and get to know each other better. No kisses on the first date. I never do that. The perfect date is in the open. ”
