Biography
Born in 1905. Member of the CPSU since 1929.
Since 1917, he was a farm laborer, student of a labor school, an armature worker in the Krasnovostochnye workshops, at Soviet and party work in the Uzbek SSR, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, party organizer of the 379th artillery regiment of the 333rd rifle division, head of the political department of the Bukhara regional military commissariat, at Soviet work in the Uzbek SSR , chairman of the Ordzhonikidze district executive committee of the Tashkent region [2] .
Labor Feat
For the outstanding successes achieved in the development of Soviet cotton growing, the widespread use of the achievements of science and best practices in the cultivation of cotton and the receipt of high and sustainable yields of raw cotton, confer the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle" to Abzalov Arif [ 3] .
He died after 1985.
