Reshanda Gray ( English Reshanda Gray ; born June 1, 1993 , Los Angeles , California , USA ) is an American professional basketball player serving in the Women's National Basketball Association for the New York Liberty club. She was selected for the 2015 VNBA draft in the second round under the sixteenth number by the Minnesota Links team. Plays the position of a heavy forward .

Early years
Gray was born in Los Angeles and often moved from one place to another as a child. Her family was so poor that when the girl was 11 years old, she lived in the same room with her parents, three brothers and three sisters [1] . Reshanda's parents used drugs, and later she and other children were brought up in foster care . In high school, Bret Hart, the girl first began to play basketball, and later in Washington, Pure, she also began to play volleyball and go in for athletics.
University
After graduating from school, Gray entered the University of California at Berkeley , where she played for the local California Golden Bears basketball team. In 2013, she helped her team reach the Final Four. Her best match at the student level was the game against the Washington State, in which she scored 43 points and made 16 rebounds. In the 2013/14 season, she averaged 17.6 points per game and made 9 rebounds [2] .
Professional career
Women's National Basketball Association
In the 2015 WNBA Draft, Gray was selected in the second round under the total number 16 by the Minnesota Links [3] . In the middle of the 2015 season, as a result of a three-way deal, Gray moved to Atlanta Dream [4] . Despite the fact that she came off the bench in “Dream”, this season was for her the best in performance. On January 26, 2017, Reshanda was exchanged at Connecticut Sun for Ahnieku Henry. [5] . In May 2017, “San” dismissed a basketball player from their lineup [6] . On February 28, 2018, she signed a contract with New York Liberty to participate in a training camp [7] .
Other leagues
During the 2015/16 and 2016/17 off-season Women's NBA, Gray played for the Italian Dike Napoli club [8] . In 2017, she signed a contract with the Korean club Incheon Shinan Bank S-Birds and played for him in the off-season 2017/18 [9] . In 2018, she signed a contract with the Hungarian club “Uni Gior” to perform in the off-season 2018/19.
