Shamich, Alexander Nikolaevich

He started playing football in 1976 in the children's team “Temp” Kiev, a graduate of the School of Sports and Sports of Kiev (coaches E.P. Solovtsev and V.I. Shilov).

Since 1991, on a voluntary basis, he worked in the Football Federation of Ukraine as secretary of amateur football and secretary of the referee committee; since 1996, in the full-time position of assistant to the general secretary, he served as head of the organizational department and head of the department for providing teams and competitions. Since 2007, Chairman of the Committee of Arbitrators of the Football Federation of Kiev (FFK); since 2010, Chairman of the Board of Arbitrators and Inspectors of Kiev; since 2015, member of the Committee of Arbitrators of the FFU.

Education

He graduated in 1995 from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute (Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering) as a systems engineer, in 1999 from the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine (Olympic and Professional Sports) as a football trainer and teacher, with honors in 2013 Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" (jurisprudence) - lawyer.

Since 2003, he worked as a lecturer at the football department of the National University of Physical Education and Sports, a senior lecturer at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, and since 2008, an assistant professor at the department of human health and physical education at the Ukraine Open International University for Human Development.

Scientific activity

Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor. He defended his thesis at the Institute of Education Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on the topic of civic engagement of adolescents. The author of more than 50 teaching and research works in the field of pedagogy, as well as physical education and sports.

He was awarded the insignia: of the Kiev mayor - the Badge of Honor, the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports “Honorary Worker of Physical Culture and Sports” and “For Active Public Activities”, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kiev Patriarchate with the Order of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine , Kiev City State Administration , Football Federation of Ukraine , Football Federation of Kiev.

Arbitrator career

He began to judge the matches of amateur teams in the competitions of Kiev in 1991, and already the competitions of Ukraine in 1992. He judged the matches of the second league of the Ukrainian championship since 1995, the first league as an assistant referee since 1996, and the major league since 2000 In international matches, he has been an assistant referee since 2002.

In the major league of the championship of Ukraine, he was an assistant referee in 10 seasons (2000–2010) in 87 matches, and the referee in the field was in the second league in two seasons (1995-1997) in 3 matches. In total, in the championships and championships of Ukraine he was an assistant referee in 310 matches. ^[one]
