Prodeinodon (“before deiodon ”) is a dubious genus of the dinosaur of the theropod suborder from the Early Cretaceous ( Barremian - Aptian tiers), found in China and Mongolia . Three species were identified, all three according to tooth fragments, which makes their classification extremely difficult. With equal probability, they could belong to a carnosaur .
