Player Career
He acted as a goalkeeper. He began his career in the city of Unichov. After completing military service, he ended up in Prague's Sparta , for which he played for many years. [1] He later advocated for Bratislava's Inter and Bohemians . Completed his career in 1983. That season, his Bohemians club became the country's champion. However, in that championship Poshtulka did not participate in the victory of the team without spending a single minute on the field.
Coach Career
For several years, Poshtulka worked as a goalkeeper coach at Bohemians. After that, he worked for some time at the headquarters of the Hradec Kralove club . From 1991 to 1993, the Czech independently worked in Costa Rica . There he worked for two years very successfully with Alajuelens . In 1992, Poshtulka led him to the title of champion of the country.
Returning to the Czech Republic, the specialist briefly headed Kladno . From 1996 to 1998, he assisted Josef Hovanets in Sparta, after which he again went to Central America . There Poshtulka was the head coach at the Guatemalan Municipal .
From 2000 to 2006, the coach was part of the coaching staff of the Czech clubs Teplice and České Budějovice . For some time he led the youth team České Budějovice.
The last independent place of work of the Czech was the Armenian "Banants" . Together with him, Poshtulka won the camp in 2007, but was fired after the 17th round of the Armenian championship. [2] After his trip to Armenia, he was an assistant coach at Bohemians, but Poshtulka soon completed his coaching career.
