Content
The early years
Anthony Maisonial was born in Saint-Priest-en-Jaire , a small town north of Saint-Etienne . On September 21, 2004, at the age of six, the boy was enrolled in the Saint-Galmier football school, located in a place just north of his native city. On July 1, 2008, ten- year- old Anthony moved to the Saint-Etienne children's football school, where he went through all stages of training in different age categories.
Club career
Saint Etienne
On May 26, 2015 , having passed all the stages of training, Mezonal signed the first professional contract with his native Saint-Etienne for a period of three years [1] .
Before the start of the 2015/16 season in League 1, the goalkeeper received the 1st game number. On December 16, 2015, Maisonial was included in the list of substitutes for the 1/8 League Cup match against PSG , which ended in the defeat of the Greens with a minimum score [2] .
On December 17, 2016, he made his debut for Stefanua in the away match of the 18th round of League 1 against Lorient , leaving in the 13th minute of the game instead of striker Robert Beric in connection with the removal of the main goalkeeper of Saint Etienne Jesse Moulin . Anthony missed two goals, and the “green” were defeated with a score of 1: 2, having spent almost 80 minutes in the minority [3] .

In 2015, Maisonial moved to the French national team until the age of 18 , led by the same specialist.
