Biography
Orthodox, a peasant in the village of Borki of the Turian parish of Kovelsky district .
He graduated from the parish school . Engaged in agriculture (3Β½ tithes of allotment land). He was a member of the Union of Russian people .
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the Second State Duma from the general electors of the Volyn Provincial Electoral Assembly. He was a member of the non-partisan group and the group of right and moderate. He signed a statement by a group of moderate peasants on the agrarian question. He participated in the deputation of right-wing Duma thinkers-peasants, who received an audience of Nicholas II on April 14, 1907.
After the Third Coup d'etat, he signed a telegram addressed to the emperor with gratitude for the dissolution of the Duma and the amendment of the electoral law. The further fate is unknown.
