Biography
Orthodox. By nationality, Ukrainian ("Little Russia"), Cossack. He had only primary education. Engaged in farming on their own lands with an area of 600 tithing, later 2000 tithing. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.
On February 11, 1907 he was elected a member of the State Duma of the second convocation from the general electors of the Poltava Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the group of Right and moderate. I did not participate in the debates at the Duma meetings. He put his signature on the statement of a group of moderate peasants on the agrarian question.
The fate and date of death is unknown.
