Biography

Orthodox. By nationality, Ukrainian ("Little Russia"), Cossack. He had only primary education. Engaged in farming on their own lands with an area of ​​600 tithing, later 2000 tithing. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.

On February 11, 1907 he was elected a member of the State Duma of the second convocation from the general electors of the Poltava Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the group of Right and moderate. I did not participate in the debates at the Duma meetings. He put his signature on the statement of a group of moderate peasants on the agrarian question.

The fate and date of death is unknown.
