The status and boundaries of the administrative territory were established by the Law of the Republic of Komi dated March 6, 2006 No. 13-RZ “On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Komi” [5] .
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Komi dated March 6, 2006 No. 13-RZ “On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Komi” [5] .
The Law of the Komi Republic dated May 6, 2016 No. 41-РЗ [6] merged the administrative territories and the eponymous rural settlements of Obyachevo and Chitaevo into the newly formed administrative territory and the eponymous rural settlement of Obyachevo .
