Rakhmanovsky village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1919, he was part of the Ignatyevsky volost of the Bogorodsky district of the Moscow province .

September 26, 1921 Ignatievsky volost was transformed into Pavlovo-Posad volost .

In 1924, Dmitrovsky and Fominsky s / s were attached to Rakhmanovsky s / s [1] .

In 1926, the Rakhmanovsky s / s included the village of Rakhmanovo , the Rakhmanov hospital and the Rakhmanov school [2] .

In 1929, the Rakhmanov Village Council became part of the Pavlovo-Posad District of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Moscow Region. At the same time, the Fomino-Soninsky s / s was attached to it.

At the end of 1931, Ignatievsky s / s was attached to the Rakhmanovsky s / s .

On June 14, 1954, the Kazan s / s was attached to the Rakhmanovsky s / s .

June 3, 1959 Pavlovo-Posad district was abolished and Rakhmanovsky s / s entered the Noginsky district .

On November 5, 1959, the village of the Fryazevo state farm was transferred from Rakhmanovsky s / s to Stepanovsky .

On February 1, 1963, the Noginsky district was abolished and the Rakhmanovsky s / s entered the Orekhovo-Zuevsky rural district . January 11, 1965 Rakhmanovsky s / s was returned to the restored Pavlovo-Posad district.

February 3, 1994 Rakhmanovsky s / s was transformed into the Rakhmanovsky rural district .

On July 19, 2002, the village of Subbotino was transferred from the administrative subordination of the city of Pavlovsky Posad to Rakhmanovsky s / o [3] .

During the 2004–2005 municipal reform, the Rakhmanovsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Rakhmanovskoye [4] .

On November 29, 2006, the Rakhmanovsky rural district was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [5] .
