Syaskakul (Syaska-Kul [1] , from Bashkir - a flower lake) is a lake on the right bank of the Belaya River , on the border of the city of Ishimbay and Ishimbay district , not far from the city of Salavat . By origin - the old river Belaya. Has a horseshoe shape. The shores of the lake are overgrown with trees and shrubs.

The bottom of the lake has mainly clay, sand, clay-sandy soils [1] .
Aquatic vegetation is represented by communities with a two-tier structure. The first, main tier is formed by free-floating pleistophytes : leaves of Nuphar lutea and Nymphaea candida , others ( Lemna minor , Stratiotes aloides , etc.). The second tier is composed of hydrophytes attached to the bottom ( Batrachium circinatum , Potamogeton friesii , etc.) and free-floating ( Ceratophyllum demersum , Lemna trisulca ). The presence of individual individuals of coastal-aquatic species ( Butomus umbellatus , Sparganium emersum , etc.) is characteristic.
By the decision of the Council of the city district of Salavat of the Republic of Belarus dated 02.11.2010 N 2-38 / 397 "On approval of the Program for the improvement of the territory of the city district of the city of Salavat of the Republic of Bashkortostan for 2011-2015" it was planned:
arrange piers and clean lakes Yalpoi , Khoreikino , Sharantai , Syaskakul (including development of design and estimate documentation, adjustment of projects, examination);
