Acinacodus

Acinacodus (lat.) - a genus of early extinct mammals. Fossil remains are known from sediments of the early Cretaceous period of Western Siberia (Kemerovo region, Shestakovo 1). So far, only one species has been described - A. tagaricus , which is typical for this genus [1] . It was established that the front lower molar-like teeth in Acinacodus were replaced in ontogenesis, as in Gobiconodon and Sinoconodon [2] .
