Content
History
Eterevsky rural settlement in the old days was called Eterevsky yurt (Cossack) [2] , which included from 12 to 16 Cossack farms. The administrative center of the Cossack yurt was Eterevskaya stanitsa [3] .
Abolished in 2012.
July 12, 2012 acquired a new status: "Eterevskaya rural territory" - the Department of urban district "City Mikhailovka".
Geography
The settlement is located in the north-east of the Mikhailovsky district of the Volgograd region.
Population
The population is 1,193 thousand people (2011).
