Geography
The commune is located approximately 410 km south of Paris , 130 km northeast of Bordeaux , 24 km northeast of Perigueux [1] .
Climate
The climate is temperate oceanic [2] with an average level of precipitation, which falls mainly in winter. Summer is long and warm, but also quite humid; there are no regular periods of summer drought. The average January temperature is 5 ° C, July is 18 ° C.
