Novaya Izambaevo (Çĕnĕ Kipek) is a village in the Komsomolsk district of the Polevosundyr rural settlement . Historical names: Novaya Izynbaevo, Novaya Izembaeva . The village was part of the Yalchik volost of the Sviyazhsky district (1802–1867), in the Novoshimkus volost (1867–1920). Since 1965 - Komsomolsky district. Novaya Izambaevo is located on the Malaya Bula River. The distance to the city of Cheboksary is 123 km, to the district center 20 km, to the railway station 50 km. Residents - Chuvash .

The village was founded in 1680–1682 by migrants from the village of Ukhmany Kibechi of the present Kanashsky district, retaining the old Chuvash name “Kipe” without the additional word Ukhmany. The residents of the village of Izambaevo went to the Shikhazansky bazaar (Kanashsky district), maintaining family ties. Engaged in farming, animal husbandry, beekeeping, weaving.
The number of yards and residents in 1710 - 8 yards, 46 inhabitants, in 2003 - 76 yards, 267 inhabitants. From 1940 to 1946 and from 1954 to 2003 there was a secondary school, from 1946 to 1954 there was an orphanage in the secondary school building. Since 1999, the Kibech oil-smelter has been operating.
