Biography

Nephew of the Ukrainian revolutionary activist Olga Razumovskaya [2] . He graduated from the Nemirov gymnasium .

In 1893-1899 he studied at Moscow University .

In 1902 he graduated with a first degree from the Department of History and Philology of Kiev University .

He taught at Kiev Higher Commercial Courses (1908), at the Kiev Commercial Institute (1909) statistics, economic geography (full-time assistant professor in economic geography since 1919). Privat-docent of the Department of Political Economy and Statistics of the University of Kiev (1919), member of the Standing Committee for the Study of Natural Resources of Ukraine at the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (1919).

In the years 1922-1924 he worked in the Podolsk guppany.

In 1924-1928 he taught at the Kiev Institute of National Economy (until 1920 - the Kiev Commercial Institute, nowadays - Vadim Getman Kiev National Economic University ).

Researcher of the socio-economic department of the Institute of Ukrainian Scientific Language of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1928), head of the commission for learning the productive forces of Ukraine at the University of Autonomous Studies of Ukraine (1929). Employee of the All-Union State Scientific Research Institute of Pupil Cognition (1931-1934), All-Ukrainian State Institute of Socialist Health Care (1934), senior researcher at the Research Institute of Geography (1940-1941).

He was a member of the Kiev Union of Consumer Societies (1911), the Kiev Union of Small Credit Institutions (1912), a member of the Kiev Agronomic Society (1912), the Kharkov Society of Agriculture and Agricultural Industry (1912), the Historical Society of Nestor the Chronicler (1930), and the Tulchinsky Regional Local Lore Institute Society (1928), Society for Aviation and Aeronautics of Ukraine (1925), etc.

The author of the monographs "Essays on the economic life of Ukraine", "Essays on the farmer economy of the Kiev region", etc.

In 1941 he was arrested and sent to Novosibirsk . He died in the same year [3] .
