Graduate of the Artillery Academy of the Red Army .
In 1939 he was awarded the Order of Lenin [1] as the director of the plant No. 172 of the USSR People's Commissariat of Arms in Perm "for outstanding successes in mastering the production of new weapons and strengthening the combat power of the Red Army" [1] .
In 1939-1941, he was director of the plant No. 352 of the USSR People's Commissariat of Arms in Novocherkassk . He organized and before the evacuation of the plant in October 1941 he led the production of artillery guns - 122-mm cannon guns A-19 and 107-mm division guns M-60 .
Major General of the Engineering and Artillery Service (from 07.06.1943, after 1950 - Major General of the Engineering and Technical Service , after 1971 - Major General).
After World War II - professor at the Academy of Arms Industry of the USSR Ministry of Arms .
He died in February 1976. He was buried in Moscow, in the columbarium of the Novodevichy cemetery (section 131, place No. 2-1).
