Biography
Born in the village of Gavrilovtsy, Kamenetz-Podolsky district, Khmelnitsky region .
Vitaly grew up without a father. Two sons were raised by his mother alone (his father died early). Vitaly graduated from the Agrarian University, trained abroad.
On the Maidan
He took part in actions of civil resistance on the Independence Square, starting in December 2013.
Memory
- The title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the Golden Star Order ( November 21, 2014 , posthumous) - for civic courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms, selfless service to the Ukrainian people, discovered during the Revolution of Dignity [1] .
