- The title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the Golden Star Order ( November 21, 2014 , posthumous) - for civic courage, patriotism, heroic upholding of the constitutional principles of democracy, human rights and freedoms, selfless service to the Ukrainian people, discovered during the Revolution of Dignity [1] .
- Medal “For Sacrifice and Love for Ukraine” ( UOC-KP , June 2015) (posthumous) [2] .
