History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated June 15, 2004 No. 60-З “On the Allocation of Municipalities - Cities, Workers' Villages and Village Councils of the Nizhny Novgorod Region with the Status of Urban, Rural Settlement” [3] .
By the Law of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated August 28, 2009 No. 134-З [4], the rural settlements of the Tanaykovsky Village Council and the Shpilevsky Village Council are united in the rural settlement of the Tanaykovsky Village Council.
By the Law of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated May 31, 2017 No. 64-З [5] , on June 13, 2017, all municipalities of the Perevozsky municipal region — the city settlement of Perevoz , Dzerzhinsky , Dubskaya , Ichalkovsky , Paletsky , Tanaykovsky , Tilininsky — were transformed, by combining them. and Central Village Councils - in the urban district of Perevozsky .
