Nyulander lived almost all of his childhood and part of his youth in Raahe. In 1989, he moved from Raahe to Turku, where he founded the Zen Café group together with two other natives of Raahe in 1992 . It was precisely Nyulander who proposed the name of the group, which has been reported to this day. After some trouble with the change of members of the group, she began to perform in such a line: Samuli Putro - vocals, guitar; Nyulander - bass; and Pete Parkkonen - drums. Now the group is undergoing a long creative break in its activities, starting in 2008.
