Kubasovo (Moscow region)

Kubasovo is a village in the Stupinsky district of the Moscow region as part of the Semenovsky rural settlement (until 2006 it was part of the Khatunsky rural district [2] ). For 2016 in Kubasovo 4 streets and 5 lanes [3] . For the first time in historical documents, the village was mentioned in 1709 [4] , at the end of the 19th century a brick chapel was built in the village (now it is a functioning chapel, assigned to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Khatun ) [5] .

Kubasovo is located in the southwestern part of the district, on the Lopasnya River , the height of the village center above sea level is 131 m [4] . The nearest settlements: Antipino - about 1 km to the south, Zalugi - about 1.5 km to the west (beyond the river), Khatun - 1.5 km to the north and Syanovo 1 km to the east.
