Philip Comi Gbeho ( born Philip Comi Gbeho ; January 14, 1904 , Wodza, Gold Coast , now Ghana - September 24, 1976 , Accra , Ghana ) is a Ghanaian composer, conductor, musicologist and teacher. Father Victor Gbeho , grandfather of Komla Dumora. Representative of the Ewe ethnic group .

Biography
At first he studied at a teacher’s college in Accra, then continued his studies at in London. In 1954-1968, Chairman of the Ghana Arts Council. The author of the Anthem of Ghana . Founder and permanent conductor of the in Accra. In 1971 he participated in the 7th International Music Congress in Moscow. The author of the book “Music of the Ghana National Anther”.
