Group B European Junior Ice Hockey Championships 1970 - 2nd European Junior Championships under the auspices of IIHF group B. The tournament was held from December 26, 1969 to January 2, 1970 in the Austrian cities of Kapfenberg, Bruck an der der Moore and Leoben. 7 teams took part in the championship. The winner of the tournament was the team of Norway, which moved to group A of the European Championship in 1971 among juniors.
