Vasily Buzin Square is a square in the Leninsky district of Sevastopol , on Pushkin Street at the very edge of the South Bay cliff. Crashed after World War II on the site of destroyed buildings.

On May 6, 1974, he was named after Vasily Ivanovich Buzin , the head of the city police department, who died at a military post during the defense of Sevastopol in 1942. The name of Vasily Ivanovich Buzin is on the first volume of the Book of Memory of Sevastopol. “He died at Cape Chersonesos on July 2, 1942” - this is how they officially wrote about the death of many defenders of Sevastopol in the last days of the defense of 1941—1942, even if there was not any documentary information. Order of Badge of Honor No. 5366, owned by V.I. Buzin was found in 2009 on the 35th battery [1] .
On the territory of the square are located:
- a chapel in honor of the Holy Grand Prince Alexander Nevsky,
- column with the bust of A.S. Pushkin ,
- monument to Vasily Ivanovich Buzin,
- a monument to police officers who died during the defense of Sevastopol in 1941-1942,
- monument to the liquidators and victims of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and other nuclear accidents.
