Small parasitic riders. Length is about 1 mm. Body with dark marks. They differ from closely related species by a narrow scape of the antennae (more than 3 times longer than their width) with two black marks. Antennae of females consist of 6 segments (1,1,3,1), and in males - of 5-6 segments. Pronotum and sides of mesothorax whole. They parasitize (as secondary parasites, hyperparasitoids) on coccids from the Coccidae family ( Ceroplastes rubens, Coccus hesperidum, C. pseudomagnoliarum, C. viridis, Lecanium nigrofasciatum, Mesolecanium nigrofasciatum, Parasaissetia nigraidaeidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiriaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiriaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiriaetiidaetiidaetiriaetiriaetiidaetiidaetiidaetiria Ch. Furfura ). The species was first described in 1895 by the American entomologist L. Howard ( Leland O. Howard (1857–1950); USA ) [1] [2] [3] .
