Andrei Nikolayevich Belmach (born January 8, 1967 ) is a Russian sports functionary. In 2001, he represented Ilya Kovalchuk at the NHL draft , who became No. 1 of the world hockey rating, Alexander Svitov was selected at No. 3 and Stanislav Chistov was selected at No. 5 [1] . This draft is considered the most successful in the history of Russian hockey [2] and is described in Valery Kovalchuk’s book “ From Tver to Atlanta ”. In 2007, he signed a contract with one of the best volleyball players in the world, Gilberto Amauri Godoy Jr. (Zhiba). [3] In 2009, he represented the interests of the Russian tennis player, the winner of the Wimbledon junior tournament, Andrei Kuznetsov . Biography
- In 1985-1987, he served in the artillery troops of the Soviet Army in the city of Svobodny .
- In 1991, he graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute (now the Mining Institute of NUST “MISiS” ).
- In 1992, he was an administrator on the team of HC Krylya Sovetov (Moscow) .
- In 1995-1997, he founded the Sports Makers Agency in New York together with partners.

- In 1997-2001 he organized a children's hockey school in New York.

- In 2007-2013, he taught at the State Institute of Management the course "management in game sports."
- In 2007-2009, he was the general manager at the Iskra and Zarechye-Odintsovo volleyball clubs in the city of Odintsovo (Moscow Region). [7]
- In 2009-2013, he was the general director in the volleyball clubs Zarechye-Odintsovo and Iskra . Under his leadership, these clubs became champions of Russia and prize-winners of the country, finalists of the Champions League.
- In 2013-2015 - General Director of HC "Ugra" . [8] On February 21, 2014 HC Ugra won its first ever international tournament in the city of Bolzano ( Italy ). The mayor of Milan presented the commemorative cup for first place in the tournament to the Ugra team. The symbolic top five of the tournament included defender Mikhail Shvidenko and striker Veli-Matti Savinainen . [9]
