Marvan Yangirovich Yangirov ( Bashk. Yungirov Mәrn Yүәngir ouly ; April 21, 1908 - December 7, 1992 ) - Soviet statesman. From 1943 to 1945 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ufa City Council. In 1951 - Director of the Institute . The first director (now rector) of the Bashkir Pedagogical Institute (now BSPU named after Akmulla) in 1967. Member of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 2nd and 5th convocations and the BASSR of the 2nd , 4th , 6th convocations.

Biography
Marvan Yangirovich Yangirov was born on April 21, 1908 in the village of Yanyshevo of the Yanyshevsky volost of the Yanyshevsky province of the Ufa district [1] .
Since 1917 he worked, after 3 classes of elementary school - a shepherd, three years later - a farm laborer in his village. In 1921, his father died, and his mother gives his son to the Kushnarenkovsky orphanage, whose pupil he remained until 1924.
Yangirov was the initiator of the development of the road from the city of Chernikovka to Ufa (the modern October Avenue , about 11 km long).
In 1992, retired. He died in 1992 in Ufa.
Rewards
Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1949, 1957,?), "Badge of Honor" (1943).
Memory
In 2008, by the centenary of Yangirov, a memorial plaque was opened in Ufa on the house in which he lived (105 Chernyshevsky St.).
