History
Sumon was established in 2005 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tyva dated December 28, 2005 N 1486 BX-I “On the Formation of Sumy Balyktig, Karga and Amy in the Tere-Kholsky Leather of the Republic of Tyva” [6]
