Magdalena Valdecka ( German: Magdalene von Waldeck ; 1558 - August 1599 ) is the daughter of Count Philip IV of Waldeck and his wife Jutta Isenburg-Grenzauskaya (d. 1564).

Marriages and Descendants
The first time Magdalena married Philip Ludwig I of Hanau-Münzenberg on February 2 or 6, 1576. Perhaps her fiance sought through this marriage to get away from the political influence of her guardian, Count Johann VI of Nassau-Dillenburg . The marriage was concluded despite the resistance of the Nassau guardian, who would have preferred that Philip Ludwig choose a bride from his clan. The counts of Waldeck were close to the Landgrafism of Hesse and the Mainz Archbishopric . In a marriage with Philip Ludwig were born:

The first husband of Magdalena suddenly died on February 4, 1580. On November 24, 1581, Magdalena married a second time to Count Johann VII of Nassau-Siegen . In this marriage were born:
- Johann Ernst (1582-1617) - Count of Nassau-Siegen, Venetian general.
- Johann VIII (1583-1638) - Count of Nassau-Siegen, was married to Ernestine Yolanda de Lin, had a son and two daughters.
- Elizabeth (1584–1661) - married to Count Christian Waldeck-Vindungen, had many descendants.
- Adolf (1586-1608) - Count of Nassau-Siegen, died at 22 years old.
- Juliana (1587-1643) - married to the Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel Moritz , had 14 children.
- Anna Maria (1589-1620) - married to Count Johann Adolf Falkenstein und Limburg, had an only son.
- John Albrecht (1590-1593) - died at an early age.
- Wilhelm (1592-1642) - Count of Nassau-Siegen, married to Christina Erbach, had seven children.
- Anna Johanna (1594-1636) - married to Count Brederode Jan Wolfferdus, had a son and three daughters.
- Friedrich Ludwig (1595-1600) - died at an early age.
- Magdalena (1596-1661) - was twice married.
- John Friedrich (1597) - died at an early age.
