Levoncourt ( French Levoncourt ) is a commune in the northeast of France in the Grand Est region [1] (former Alsace - Champagne - Ardenne - Lorraine ), department of the Upper Rhine , Altkirch district , Altkirch canton [2] . Until March 2015, the commune was administratively part of the abolished canton of Ferret ( Altkirsh County).

Economics
In 2010, out of 152 people of working age (from 15 to 64 years old), 109 were economically active , 43 were inactive (activity indicator 71.7%, in 1999 - 68.0%). Of 109 active working-age residents, 98 people worked (56 men and 42 women), 11 were unemployed (4 men and 7 women). Among 43 able-bodied inactive citizens, 5 were pupils or students , 17 were pensioners , and another 21 were inactive for other reasons [8] [9] .
