Biography
He graduated from elementary school in the village of Cats , a secondary school in the village of Bolshaya Shatma of the Krasnoarmeysky district of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
He graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Kazan University.
He worked as a researcher at the closed military research institutes of the Moscow Region and the city of Moscow. One of the authors of the development of a new generation of electronic devices.
